Resident Cat Medical Fund

from $10.00

Your contribution to the resident cat fund would mean the world to us and make a significant difference in the cats in our care that bring so much joy to this world. This contribution will directly support the medical challenges that arise, as they do including the care and well-being of our furry friends like Rainbow Dash (torbie). Last year, Rainbow started to lose weight unexpectedly. After a visit to the vet, it was confirmed that she has been diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) and had fluid accumulation in her abdomen.

FIP is a serious and often fatal disease that affects many cats, and we are heartbroken by this news. However, we are determined to do everything in our power to help Rainbow through this difficult time. Fortunately, there were new medications available, recently approved in the US, and with your help, we were able to start her treatment as soon as possible and she is currently thriving in her foster home!!

G-Money (black and white) is another resident in need, who has undergone some testing to address his weight loss concerns over the last year as well. So far, we have invested approximately $1,800+ in G-Money's care, and we are committed to providing him with the best possible treatment and ongoing care. He recently had a flare up that required him to go to foster care and he is receiving daily fluids, medication, appetite stimulants, etc to help him bounce back.

Art of Latte (big orange guy) recently started vomiting and drooling, and the vet discovered he needed 3 teeth pulled immediately to ensure they didn’t abscess. His vet bill was around $1,900 and he is currently recovering in a foster home. We need help to pay the CC bill for his treatment.

Our residents are everything to us, and we are grateful for your continued support in helping us ensure their happiness and health. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of these precious animals.
